SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful team player with exceptional design skills to join our Brand Experience team. This role will be responsible for creating print, PowerPoint/presentation and digital collateral for SE Health and it’s many business lines. Working collaboratively with the Marketing Team, the Graphic Design Student will be responsible for creating breakthrough designs that bring the SE Health brand to life for a wide range of audiences.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creation of all brand marketing materials, such as brochures, annual impact report, sales tools, newsletters, print/digital ads, posters, conference material, graphic elements for digital marketing and social media campaigns
- Creation of high quality, visually appealing, dynamic PowerPoint presentations with sophisticated look and feel, including animations, embedded videos/GIFs
- Collaborate with our digital team to ensure consistent design and implementation of brand guidelines across platforms
- Meet with internal client teams to understand their creative needs and translate these into outstanding design concepts which meet their objectives
- Creation of custom icons or illustrations for print and digital
- Creation of GIFs and HTML5 animations for digital advertising
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Working towards a dDegree or diploma in Graphic Design
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Outstanding design ability and creativity
- Exceptional skill in using design software (Adobe Creative Cloud software including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat)
- Strong understanding of print production
- Very strong knowledge and skill in PowerPoint, Prezi, and other presentation software
- Good working knowledge and understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google+, and YouTube
- Interest in and awareness of current and emerging trends in design
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service mindset and ability to deliver high quality work on time, consistently
- Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously
- Highest level of detail and accuracy
- Ability to work positively and collaboratively in a team environment
