POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills who will work with our Leadership Development team to build and refine our next-gen Leadership Development curriculum for all leaders, from emerging leaders to senior leadership, including leaders with high potential. This position would be available from May – August 2023.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting and executing a new Leadership Development program in a team environment
- Working with our SE Learning partners to ensure a smooth transition of curriculum to our new LMS
- Supporting facilitators leadership training workshops
- Supporting our leadership acceleration program designed to provide strategic experiences to those who have both the aspirations and the capacity to grow as leaders
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Strong project management problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written/spoken) skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage changing priorities
- A proactive, can-do attitude and keen eye for detail
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Formal education in Adult Learning principles
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
