POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with strong critical thinking, problem solving and  communication skills who will work with our Leadership Development team to build and refine our next-gen Leadership Development curriculum for all leaders, from emerging leaders to senior leadership, including leaders with high potential.  This position would be available from May – August 2023.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supporting and executing a new Leadership Development program in a team environment
• Working with our SE Learning partners to ensure a smooth transition of curriculum to our new LMS
• Supporting facilitators leadership training workshops
• Supporting our leadership acceleration program designed to provide strategic experiences to those who have both the aspirations and the capacity to grow as leaders

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

• Strong project management problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication (written/spoken) skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage changing priorities
• A proactive, can-do attitude and keen eye for detail
• The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Formal education in Adult Learning principles
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset
