Make an Impact on People’s Lives; Join SE Health Driver Assessment & Training as a Casual / occasional Occupational Therapist in Hamilton!

You hold the keys to someone's independence.

Think about what driving means to your clients: a morning coffee run, a doctor's appointment, a grandchild's recital. Now imagine being the clinician who helps them get back behind the wheel. At SE Health, that's exactly what you'll do — every single shift.

What makes this role unlike any other OT position?

·        Clinical depth: You'll integrate physical, cognitive, visual, and emotional assessment into one holistic picture of your client’s driving abilities.

·        Real relationships: Some clients will drive away with a new licence. Others will hand theirs in for the last time. You'll be the OT who honours both journeys with equal skill and compassion.

·       Best of the best: Join an elite, collaborative team known for person-centered excellence and leading-edge practice.

Who you'll serve

Your clients will come to you at pivotal moments — after a brain injury, a stroke, a new diagnosis. Some are working toward a licence for the first time. Others are returning to driving after illness or injury. Some need help understanding whether they can safely continue. All of them need an OT who meets them with skill, empathy, and honesty. That's you.
