We are looking for a part time Registered Dietitian

$5000 Sign On Bonus



We have a need for a part time Registered Dietitian to provide service through all stages of assessment, treatment, consultation and follow-up services in the Waterloo and Wellington areas.


  • Completes nutritional assessments as required,
  • Determines individualized diets and other nutritional interventions
  • Develops, implements and evaluates nutritional care plans that includes identification of nutritional concerns, goals and interventions
  • Review nutritional adequacy
  • Educates regarding nutrition and hydration recommendations

  • General Member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
  • Experience with tube feeding both adult and pediatrics
  • Excellent interpersonal,  time management, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of initiative and adaptability
  • Excellent team player
  • Customer focused attitude with demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • Current Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
