POSITION SUMMARY:
Hybrid Role
In consultation with the SDC management, this role is responsible for supporting the monitoring and development of business needs. The Business Results Coordinator will work collaboratively with the front line staff, Service Coordinators, and Supervisors/Directors to achieve optimal business results and maximize scheduling efficiencies. The BRC is also responsible to assist with streamline workflow where possible and establish efficient and effective, coordination of client care. To assist where the business needs are warranted.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process Improvement & SOP
- Lead root cause analysis on operational issues and provide continuous improvement solutions
- Research and identify best practices and work collaboratively with internal teams to implement evidence-based processes/practices, including re-engineering and standardization of process.
Lost Revenue Coordination
- Minimize lost revenue cash flow by ensuring APR submission guidelines are being met
- Work with front line staff and supervisors to maintain a good working relationship, and address gaps in knowledge around lost revenue, and communicate changes.
Data Analysis/Intelligence
- Utilizing BI and internal systems to do trending and root cause analysis)
- Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators using various reporting programs.
- Prepare weekly reporting measures and upload to the various designated folders
- Participate in assessing the need for recruitment of new staff in collaboration with the Supervisors, Directors, and Regional Directors based on data results
- Provide consulting with SDC members Field staff, coordinators, Supervisors/Directors projected business needs and program navigation.
- Carry out ad-hoc analysis as required
Scheduling/Documentation/Ordering and Invoicing
- Work with the supervisors to apply standard organizational scheduling processes, policies, and procedures
- Ensure the electronic system in accordance with the scheduling standard practices and procedures, are up to date at all times.
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant post-secondary education in the areas of Business Administration or Human/Social Services or 3-5 years of equivalent experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Procura is strongly preferred
- Prior scheduling experience is strongly preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and BI is preferred
- Highly developed research, analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to interact with all organization levels
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to travel to multiple sites
