Job Summary:

The Change Manager role bridges strategic objectives with operational realities, ensuring successful change adoption and alignment across stakeholder groups, locations, regions and Home Office departments, especially the Transformation Management Office. The purpose is to translate change strategies into actionable plans, engaging stakeholders, managing resistance, and fostering continuous improvement for impactful and sustainable changes.

Duration: 12 months contract with a possibility of extension

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bridge Strategy to Execution: Collaborate with project teams to adapt and implement organizational change strategies into actionable project-specific plans while ensuring flexibility and alignment
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as a central communication point, developing tailored strategies to engage sponsors, managers, and end-users
  • Change Adoption and Support: Manage resistance, provide coaching to leaders, and track adoption metrics, iterating plans to improve outcomes
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work cross-functionally to align change management activities with project and organizational needs
  • Continuous Improvement and Monitoring: Track progress, collect feedback, and recommend improvements to ensure sustained change adoption and integration

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Certifications in Prosci Change Management, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Agile or Scrum Certification etc.
  • Experience leading change enablement in healthcare or clinical environments (hospitals, home/community care, or health systems).
  • 2+ years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, or related field
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).
  • Background as a regulated health professional (e.g., RN, OT, PT, pharmacist) to build credibility with clinical teams.
  • Prior experience supporting risk management, patient safety, or compliance-related projects.
  • Demonstrated success in large-scale digital health or enterprise SaaS transformations.
  • Ability to design and deliver training/adoption programs tailored to frontline staff.
  • Strong knowledge of privacy, PHIPA/PIPEDA, or other healthcare data protection standards.
  • Experience in working with matrixed organizations and balancing stakeholder priorities.
  • Strong skills in benefits realization tracking (not just delivery to scope/budget).
