POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced System Integration Manager to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise integration solutions. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical oversight, ensuring scalable, secure, and standards-driven integrations across platforms. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive platform modernization and operational excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of specialists in delivering robust integration solutions using tools like MuleSoft and Boomi.
- Own the integration platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration strategies and prioritize initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization, and governance.
- Provide technical leadership in integration architecture, development, release planning, and vendor management.
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational support for integration services.
- Build and support a strong, skilled, and collaborative team; manage hiring, training, and performance.
- Promote alignment and accountability through clear goals, coaching, and active change leadership.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years in enterprise integration, with 3+ years in a leadership role including managing a team.
- Proven experience with MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Proven experience with RESTful/SOAP APIs, data quality/governance (FHIR preferred), and cloud/on-prem integration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage platform ownership.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder and leadership relationships across internal and external partners.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is a strong asset.
