SE Health is seeking a Manager, Learning & Talent Technology, to lead the strategic integration, implementation and transformation of Workday Learning & Talent modules within our organization. This role focuses on analyzing current learning tech stacks, streamlining and rationalizing technologies, establishing governance processes, ensuring user-centered design, fostering innovation, and aligning tools with organizational goals to create a skills-based workforce and environment.

Responsibilities:

Implementation Leadership: Lead the integration of Workday's learning and talent modules, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR transformation strategies.

·         Execute the implementation plan, including timeline, milestones, and resource allocation.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business units, to ensure smooth and effective integration of Workday Learning & Talent modules.

·         Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.

·         Ensure that the new systems and processes are effectively communicated and adopted by all stakeholders.

Streamlining & Rationalizing Tech Stack: Analyze current learning tech stacks, identify opportunities to reduce complexity, standardize content, and consolidate systems for improved user experience and easier reporting.

·         Conduct a thorough assessment of existing learning technologies and platforms.

·         Identify redundancies and areas for consolidation to create a more streamlined and efficient tech stack.

·         Work with stakeholders to standardize content and ensure consistency across all learning modules.

·         Implement best practices for system integration and data management to enhance reporting capabilities.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve existing learning and talent processes through the capabilities of Workday.

·         Evaluate current learning and talent processes to identify areas for improvement.

·         Leverage Workday’s features and functionalities to optimize and automate processes.

·         Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

·         Provide training and support to ensure that users can effectively utilize the new processes.

Governance & Collaboration: Establish transparent governance processes involving HR, IT, and business stakeholders to evaluate, select, and monitor learning & talent technologies.

·         Set up a governance framework to oversee the selection and implementation of learning and talent technologies.

·         Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to review progress, discuss challenges, and make decisions.

·         Ensure that all decisions are made in a transparent and collaborative manner.

·         Monitor the performance of learning and talent technologies and adjust as needed.

Data Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data migration and develop reporting tools to provide insights into learning and talent metrics.

·         Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity and security throughout the integration process.

·         Develop robust data migration plans to ensure accurate transfer of information.

·         Create dashboards and analytics to track progress and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

·         Provide regular reports to stakeholders to keep them informed of key metrics and trends.

Institutionalize Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Monitor system performance and user feedback to make ongoing improvements and ensure the platform meets evolving business needs.

·         Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in learning technologies to ensure SE Health remains at the forefront of digital learning.

·         Regularly review and assess system performance to identify areas for improvement.

·         Pilot new tools and approaches to enhance learning experiences and outcomes for employees.

·         Incorporate user feedback into the continuous improvement process to ensure that the platform meets the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

·         Graduation degree in a related field.

·         4-5 years’ Experience with digital learning solutions and technologies, specifically Workday.

·         Certification in Learning, Talent Development or related areas.

·         Expertise in learning technology ecosystems, change management, and digital learning platforms.

·         Workday Learning & Talent module certification preferred.
