JOB SUMMARY:
 

Join SE Health as a Project Coordinator—ideal for someone dynamic, resourceful, and organized. You’ll keep projects moving by owning documentation and plans, coordinating day-to-day workflows, and managing clear, timely communications with stakeholders. You’ll track data and timelines, prepare concise reports, and ensure deliverables land on schedule so teams stay aligned and results are measurable.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Administration and Documentation

  • Maintain and manage project records, and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other project documentation.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and deliverables.

Operations and Workflow Management

  • Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks to support project implementation on one or more projects.

  • Monitor project schedules and follow up on outstanding items to keep work on track.

Communication and Stakeholder Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external project communications.

  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and distribute relevant materials.

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities, including correspondence and feedback tracking.

Data and Reporting Support

  • Collect, organize, and summarize project data for internal tracking and reporting.

  • Support monitoring and evaluation processes, including data entry and updates.

  • Prepare progress updates and support the creation of performance metrics reports.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in project management, business administration, or related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years in project coordination, administrative support, or operations management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Teams).

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
