Are you a Master’s student with a vision for the future of work, a passion for organizational design, and a drive to innovate in human resources? SE Health invites you to join our Employee Experience team and play a pivotal role in creating the next-generation employee evaluation and feedback framework.
As our Summer intern, you’ll collaborate with professionals to shape a user-centered process that puts meaningful conversations and engagement at the heart of performance management. You’ll help us reimagine regular check-ins around performance metrics, ensure alignment with our core values and behaviors, and champion opportunities for employee growth and development.
In this role, you’ll also contribute to developing practical tools and resources that empower leaders and employees to easily facilitate impactful feedback discussions. You’ll explore ways to harness AI and streamline documentation for large teams, making feedback more accessible and actionable.

Responsibilities
The intern will:
Collaborate closely with both clinical and HR teams to map the current Performance and Development review process, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Conduct research into best practices and standards for performance conversations, coaching, and employee development to support the redesign of our framework.
Evaluate and leverage tools such as Workday and internal platforms to streamline and optimize performance management processes.
Apply organizational and human-centered design principles to develop a user-focused process that fosters meaningful conversations and engagement.
Gather insights from employees and leaders to inform and guide process redesign efforts.
Develop recommendations, process frameworks, and potential implementation plans for enhanced performance and development reviews.
Bring fresh perspectives to improve engagement, performance conversations, and talent development throughout the organization.

Qualifications
- Enrolled currently in a Master’s program in Organizational Design, Human Resources, MBA, or related field
- Strong interest in organizational development, employee experience, and process redesign
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a user-centered mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and contributing creative solutions
- Passion for driving innovation and meaningful workplace change
