As a Strategy & Growth Analyst, you will contribute to enterprise-level initiatives shaping SE Health’s managed services evolution, and AI-enabled productivity.
Project Summary
This placement combines enterprise strategy development, and applied AI exploration.
The student will focus on three high-impact priorities:
1. Managed Services 2.0 Strategy
Develop a comprehensive business case and draft strategy to evolve SE Health’s Managed Services model. This includes strategic positioning, financial modeling, and roadmap development to support sustainable growth.
2. AI Enablement & Productivity
Conduct exploratory work focused on developing and testing AI agents and assessing Microsoft Copilot capabilities to improve team efficiency and productivity. Identify workflow automation opportunities and recommend responsible, value-driven AI adoption approaches.
This role is designed for a student who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys structured problem-solving, and can translate analysis into practical enterprise strategy.
Responsibilities
Managed Services 2.0 Strategy
Conduct environmental scans and industry benchmarking
Develop financial models and a strategic business case
Draft a future-state strategy and phased roadmap
Prepare executive-ready briefing materials and presentations
AI Exploration & Productivity
Assess workflows to identify automation and efficiency opportunities
Explore, test, and evaluate AI agents and Microsoft Copilot capabilities
Develop recommendations for responsible, scalable AI adoption
Quantify potential productivity and value impact

Qualifications
Enrolled in an MBA, MPA, MHA, Strategy, Innovation, or related Master’s program
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills
Experience developing business cases or strategic recommendations preferred
Excellent business writing and presentation design capabilities
Understanding of business development and sales best practices
Foundational understanding of AI concepts (generative AI, automation, prompt design)
Ability to assess workflows and identify productivity improvements
Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
