Job Summary
Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, the Rewards Program Manager plays a key role in developing and delivering reward strategies that motivate talent. The role requires strong planning and project management skills, effective vendor management, the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders, and a strong analytical mindset to use data to influence decisions.
The initial focus of this role will be on advancing the SE Rewards program, with the goal of fostering a collaborative, engaging, and connected workplace culture across the organization as well as aligning Rewards programs across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Program Design & Strategy Development
- Develop the overall recognition strategy aligned with the Total Rewards strategy and organizational values.
- Design systemic rewards/recognition strategies that balance performance, equity, monetary and non-monetary benefits (peer recognition, service awards, long service awards, annual awards).
- Refresh or redesign programs based on employee feedback, trends, and data insights.
Program Management & Implementation
- Manage end-to-end program delivery, including planning, timelines, communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee the implementation and evolution of the SE Rewards program to strengthen employee engagement and belonging.
- Coordinate pilot programs, collect feedback, and refine programs based on insights.
- Ensure alignment and integration with broader Total Rewards initiatives.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, Home Office, Operations, and support program adoption to align rewards with organizational goals.
- Manage external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery, optimize reward offerings and monitor program performance.
- Train HR and business partners on reward program processes, requirements and best practices.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that ensure transparency around rewards offerings.
- Secure leadership endorsement and manager readiness to explain rewards philosophy and strategy.
Data Insights and Continuous Improvement
- Use data to inform program design, assess program effectiveness, gather feedback and influence decision-making.
- Track and evaluate engagement metrics, feedback trends, participation trends, and overall program outcomes.
- Maintain documentation, governance frameworks, and process maps for all rewards programs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance program effectiveness, employee experience, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR, Total Rewards (recognition), or Employee Engagement
- Proven track record designing programs, implementation and roadmap creation
- Knowledge of systemic rewards principles including pay equity, flexibility, career development and recognition
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, and ability to use data to drive decisions and influence outcomes.
- Strong project management skills with demonstrated success leading organization wide, and scalable programs.
- Experience working with vendors and managing contracts and service delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, excelling as a collaborative partner with the ability to engage leaders, and drive change.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines is required
- A passionate advocate for employee experience, committed to creating innovative solutions that support SE Health’s People Everything approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs; superior experience building Excel models and graphical displays of data is essential.
